Iran-side labor dispatch and migration services are provided within the license framework of Be Nehayat International Recruitment Company. Brazil-side activities are aligned with registered travel agency, tour operator, document preparation, administrative support, event, and related service scopes.
Is VisaHub a law firm?
VisaHub does not provide independent legal representation. Our work focuses on consulting, preparation, document organization, administrative coordination, travel, and process support. Complex legal cases should be reviewed by a licensed attorney or qualified specialist.
Does VisaHub guarantee visas or residency?
No. Visa, residency, registration, citizenship, and government decisions cannot be guaranteed. Final decisions are made by competent Brazilian authorities.
